Each of the three winners books their own evening, and dietary, accessibility and scheduling needs are met with an equivalent alternative of no lesser value. Any take-home cider is age-verified and only provided to guests 19+.
A panel picks the three. Not a public vote, and nothing is published without each person’s approval.
