Halifax Mooseheads vs Moncton Wildcats

Moncton made it 10 straight with an 11-1 demolition at Scotiabank Centre on Fight Cancer Night. The Wildcats scored early and often, chasing Halifax out of any competitive rhythm by the end of the first period. The pregame ceremony honouring local hockey player Carter Myra set an emotional tone for the evening, but Moncton had no mercy once the puck dropped. The Herd's lone goal was small consolation in a game that got away early and never looked back. It was Halifax's worst loss of the season by a wide margin.
