Shipping & returns

Choose free pickup in Halifax (you collect) or flat-rate $15 shipping anywhere in Canada at checkout. Shipped orders leave in about one to two weeks.

The Hali Hat is a limited-run product and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, colour preference, or other personal preference.

If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, email greg@halifamous.ca promptly with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement where stock is available or refund the original payment method. Halifamous will cover any required return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued within five business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
