Why Westcliff Restaurant made their list
Definitely the best greasy spoon in the city. I don't think they've changed the menu or prices since 1989. The owners Bev and Tyler greet you with a smile and Newfoundland charm as soon as you walk in and you are immediately sucked into whatever lunch counter banter is happening.
