R&B Kitchen isn't just the best soul food in town — it's a place built on family values and community. Every single meal at this restaurant absolutely slaps and I've heard their staff are the best staff in the city 😉

I am known to like a good sandwich, and I am also known to know what good food is. Buddy's fresh subs are absolutely delicious. My favourite is the Caprese, as I am a full on cheese addict and I'm not afraid to admit it.

I have recently discovered the beef teriyaki poke bowl at Jukai. Perfectly cooked medium-rare beef, crispy yam tempura, creamy avocado and more, all layered over rice and fresh lettuce… just thinking about it makes my mouth water!
Jenny Zinck from Uptown Salon & Spa always keeps me looking and feeling my best. I get my brows, lashes and brazilian done at Uptown. A staple in my everyday life.
There is an elderly gentleman that drives a rascal scooter up and down Gottingen St. daily, sometimes he goes down by the Metro Centre — I just love the guy. He kind of looks like Little Critter, the children's book character from the 90s.
