Halifax Mooseheads vs Sagueneens De Chicoutimi

Sagueneels edge Mooseheads in overtime thriller

Chicoutimi grabbed the extra point in overtime to hand Halifax a 5-4 loss at Scotiabank Centre on Thursday night. The Sagueneels struck when it mattered most after the Mooseheads fought back through regulation, trading chances in a back-and-forth affair that neither team could put away in 60 minutes. Halifax's fourth-line depth kept them in it, but the Herd couldn't seal it when the game was theirs to win.
