Free outdoor live music from Open Mic House, the storied Agricola Street listening room that has hosted emerging Halifax artists since 2008 (now a nonprofit, with its heritage-house venue reopening after renovations). Every Friday evening through October, two or more artists play rotating lineups in the Carlo Auto parking lot at 2539 Agricola St, across from Stillwell Beer Garden and The Brasserie. New week, new lineup — always free.
