“Songs by Animals”
Why we're hyped
Bass-baritone Marcus Nance, a two-time Dora Award winner, sings in the world premiere of Songs by Animals, a song cycle for nine voices and piano. Its poems are imagined as written by animals, from the Ghost of the Woolly Mammoth to Krill. It’s an all-ages work.
