After being lovingly shoved by her mother, she sits down with an agent of TruePath: a company that, with the help of a foolproof test and a little magic, can lead you to what you should be doing with your life. Throughout a grueling process of filling out a ten part questionnaire, she is forced to bare her soul and figure out what she should be when she grows up, and why that question is so difficult to answer. HOW TO KNIT by Lee-Anne Poole (60 minutes) January 15th, 16th, and 17th at 9:30 PM January 17th and 18th at 3:30 PM Starring Lee-Anne Poole Direction and Dramaturgy by Stephanie MacDonald A semi-autobiographical account of the family you have, the family you make, and knitting. This is a new work in development. This is a piece of textile art. This is a workshop. This is a play. How to Apply to the Halifax Fringe Festival Director Jake Planinc and Managing Director Blaze Fraser are holding two workshops on applying to the Halifax Fringe in 2026, including an overview of the festival’s new application platform, Eventotron. The workshops are free and will be hosted in the Bus Stop Theatre’s lobby on January 17th and 18th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Registration is required. Planinc and Fraser will be available for questions in person and via email during ReFringed.
