Family festival, indie heart — loud in the right ways.
Famfest Atlantic lands at Alderney Landing in Dartmouth on Saturday September 12 and Sunday September 13, 2026. Two days of programming with one rule: zero pressure to sit still.
Expect live music from national and regional acts, theatre and dance, magic, comedy, circus, a Silent Disco, hands-on creative activity zones, and Halifax's first Parents Olympics. Programming is curated in partnership with the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning.
Produced by Ultrasound Music — co-founders Craig Mercer and Allegra Swanson have 25+ years between them producing major Atlantic and national events. The full lineup is rolling out over the summer; early bird tickets are on sale now.
Alderney Landing sits on the Dartmouth waterfront, a five-minute ferry from downtown Halifax. Festival is rain or shine; indoor and outdoor spaces.
